There is no commission fee for the hosts. The guest pays a service fee of only 10% of the total booking cost, which is necessary for the maintenance of the platform.

Easy payment

The payment process is easy for both guests and hosts.

Guests pay the total cost of the booking at the platform and the platform transfers the amount to the host, a day after the check-in.

In case of a cancellation, the platform returns the money to the guest.

Safety first

All our Villas are certified by the GPMA (Greek Property Managers Association), PASIDA in Greek. The Association guides the hosts on how to obtain all the necessary certifications for hygienic and safety issues.

For the COVID-19, GPMA is asking its members to disinfect their properties after each check out.
